In Denmark, you can literally buy a beer for 3,6CZK/0,15USD. But you get what you pay for, since it's tastes different for every can of it.

but you are drinking branded water, just go to toilet and take water from tap :-D

this is prices in restaurants, and weter you buing is mire quality water in restaurant,,, if you want ordinary water you can buy it in market in 1.5 liter for 5 crowns,,, or lemonade 2liter for 5 crowns,, beer in market cost around 15crowns.....so beer cheaper then water is nonsense... people in czech dont buying water in restaurand beacause is to much expensive, and price between centrum of prague and not centrum is big,, in not centrum in resturant beer cost around 20 crown,, people. who want water just go to shop

As a student I was always buying beer just to save money:-). But now it has changed a bit. If you want a non-alcohol beverage cheaper than beer, then say "kofola". You will get a local version of coca cola for much more reasonable price, because it is made by local breweries and it is sold in big 50L cans (as big as beer cans).

you can drink water at home from pipe. It is like 70 CZK for 1000 litres.

Well to be honest - if he asked for water from stream (from pipes) it will cost like 10KC per 0.5 so yes, water is cheap here in CZ, but clean water, not shit like Rajec :)

Oh man, water is free in my country. Beer is about 2 $ per 500ml. How come that happen.

And on village, you can find beer for 20 kč :) Bottled 0,5l cost from 8kč + 3kč glass. Water in restaurants is very expensive, its true.
